Yoga Therapy
Discover what is possible through yoga!
Yoga Therapy supports self-care and well-being through yoga-based mobility and mindfulness practices, adapted to your needs.
Yoga Therapy sessions are offered in a one-on-one setting (at your home or in studio) and are personalized to your needs and goals. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Yoga therapy is all about you and the tools and techniques adapt themselves to were you are at and what you want to create for yourself.
In each session you’ll be guided through a personalized yoga practice designed to address your therapeutic goals. Your goals may be more specific, such as improving range of motion or stress management skills, or they may be more global such as creating a moment for yourself to move, breathe and learn about yourself.
Along the way, you’ll learn yoga postures, personalized movements and breathing practices. You’ll learn how to focus, meditate and gain a deeper awareness of your own potential by coming to see how your mind, body, and experiences are connected to a deeper source within.
