Approach
My main intention is to help guide others towards experiencing a more expanded definition of self.
Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self - The Bhagavad Gita
My approach can be described as a balance between playful exploration and skillfully applied technique.
At the core of my approach is a deep understanding that (1) we are innately whole and complete, (2) we are energy before we are matter and (3) that movement is life. Dis-ease happens when we forget or lose sight of this understanding.
Yoga is a type of inner technology that helps us “remember”. And while yoga is not a cure-all it can definitely help bring us into harmony with our true nature and the well of abundance we each hold inside. From there, suffering become a choice (rather than an obligation) and healing takes on a variety of definitions depending on the person and their unique personal or spiritual path.

My interdisciplinary approach allows me to work with a broad range of clients.
