About
Jeannine Plaiche is dedicated to empowering others through yoga — supporting movement, resilience, and self-discovery

"Yoga is more than just a physical practice, it’s a discipline, a way of being and a practice that develops our ability to fully embrace life's challenges and to enjoy life."
Jeannine Plaiche
Jeannine Plaiche is a yoga therapist and educator with nearly 20 years of experience helping people move with greater ease and confidence. She began practicing yoga in 2003 and quickly discovered its transformative benefits. After recovering from knee surgery and facing periods of anxiety, yoga and meditation became powerful tools of support—fueling her passion to share these practices with others. Since 2008, she has been guiding individuals on their path of improved health and wellbeing.
Jeannine blends the wisdom of yoga with modern science to support people living with pain, injury, or chronic conditions, as well as those simply seeking to enhance their quality of life. Through one-on-one yoga therapy, group classes, retreats, and workshops, she offers a practical, compassionate, and deeply personalized approach—empowering each person to take an active role in their health, growth, and vitality.
She is highly trained in Anusara Yoga and deeply rooted in the tradition of Classical Non-Dual Tantra (Kashmir Shaivism/Trika Tantra). Her primary teachers include Robin Golt and Christopher Wallis, with additional influences from Barrie Risman, Carina Raisman, Bill Mahony, Thomas Myers, and the late Mark Dyczkowski and Sally Kempton.
